Manage appointments in your web and mobile app

Create an Appointment

  1. In your calendar, click on an available time slot to add an appointment.

  2. The appointment menu will appear. Select a service and click "Continue."

  3. Choose a customer: If the customer has previously booked an appointment, you can select from the system's saved list or add information for a new customer.

  4. To confirm the appointment, click "Save Appointment." The appointment will appear in your calendar.

Edit an Appointment

  1. Open your calendar and click on the appointment you want to reschedule. Select "Edit Appointment" in the top right corner of the appointment details window.

  2. Change the date and time of the appointment. You can also modify the service or assign a new provider if needed.

  3. Click "Continue," then "Save Appointment" to complete the appointment changes.

Scheduling by Drag-and-Drop

  • In the Bukkii web app, you can also reschedule an appointment by dragging and dropping it to a new time slot.

  • Click on an appointment you want to change and drag it to the slot with the desired staff member and time.

  • When you release it, a notification will appear to confirm the rescheduling.

Cancel an Appointment

  • Open your calendar and click on the appointment you want to cancel.

  • Click on the red circle in the top right corner of the appointment details window.

  • To confirm the deletion, click "OK."
