# Booking Policy

* Attract customers' attention and provide important information during the booking process.
* Reservation Policies appear at the center of your Booking Page. This is an effective way to communicate essential information, right before customers book an appointment.

#### Adding a Booking Policy to your Appointment Page.

1. Go to Settings > Booking Settings > Notes for the Customer.
2. Write your message in the form field.
3. Click "Save"!
