# Skip Staff Selection

* Make the customer's Appointment Page experience more convenient by skipping the staff selection step.
* The Skip staff Selection feature will automatically assign an staff for any service when a customer schedules an appointment from your Appointment Page. Customers can still choose their preferred time slots, but they won't be able to select a specific staff.

#### Activating the "Skip Staff Selection" Feature

1. Go to Settings > Booking Settings.
2. Scroll down to "Staff Page." Toggle the switch on/off at the "On" position.

* Now, when customers book appointments through your Appointment Page, they won't be prompted to select a provider. Instead, they just need to choose a date and proceed with the scheduling process.
* Employees are assigned based on who is available first for the selected time slot, in the order that staff are ranked in your Bukkii account.
