  • Customers can "Sign up" with an email or phone number to "Log in" to the "Appointment Page."

  • When customers sign up for a service and successfully create an appointment, their username, phone number, and email will be associated with their customer profile.

  • This automatically saves their appointment and contact information to make booking faster in the future.

Activating appointment acceptance

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Setting.

  2. Toggle on the "Accept Booking" feature and click "Save."

Frequently Asked Questions about Customer Login

  • What should my customers do if they forget their password?

  1. Instruct customers to click on the 'Log In' button in the upper right corner of your Appointment Page.

  2. Select 'Forgot Password?'. Customers will be prompted to enter the email or phone number they used for logging in.

  3. The system will send a verification code to the email or phone number used for loging in.

  4. After entering the correct verification code, customers can enter a new password.

  5. Click "Change Password," and customers will be able to use the new password to log in to the appointment page.
