Allow Staff to edit and update appointments or settings

  • Provide individual login information for Staff within your Bukkii account. With Staff login information, you can assign different permission levels for menus and settings.

  • Furthermore, each Staff login comes with a unique calendar and booking link. Empower team members to manage their schedules independently and oversee their appointments.

  • Note: Login can only be activated for Staff with a valid email address in their Staff details. An Staff login can be created using this email address.

Activating Staff Login Information

  1. Start by going to "Staff" and select an staff.

  2. Choose "Staff Login" and toggle this feature on.

  3. Select a role and create a password for the staff.

  4. After filling in all the information, click "Save."

Employees have access to their own calendars.

  • Receptionists have access to all staff calendars and the 'Customers' tab, but they do not have access to other menus and submenus.

  • If you choose to grant staff access, you will also be prompted to update the staff working hours. You can allow staff to update their working hours, break times, and vacation time.
