Appointment History

• View your appointments within a specific timeframe.

• Appointment data is stored in Bukkii from your first booking. The "Dashboard" allows you to view this information and filter it by timeframe, specific service, or specific team member.

View your appointment history

• Log in to Bukkii at Login - Bukkii

1. In the left-hand dropdown menu, click on "Dashboard."

2. Use the dropdown menu in the top left corner to select viewing the appointment history of a specific employee or all staff.

3. Choose the date you want to view the appointment history for.

4. The appointment history is sorted by date, time, customer, customer's phone number, technician, and service.

5. Appointment history can be viewed in two formats: column view and table view. Customize it according to your preference.
